I do not think you can remove the parting line mark (you can reduce), unless your injection has no pressure, or your parting line steel touch very perfectly (it is not practicable). The only thing you can do is to hide or reduce parting line mark.
I can assure you it can be done and has been done where you need a magnifying glass to look for the parting line just needs very good mould design and a good mold making approach by the dying breed of tool makers.
I have a close personal friend who owns a tool and die shop in Australia and lives in China. I have had him manage over 50 tools ranging from single cavity low cost to multi-cavity high production medical closure tools. |
